Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, please inform us within 48 hours via email or phone, giving your reason and an indication if you wish to return the item or exchange the item purchased. We do not accept any returns on custom handmade items. For any other product, please make your return within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying any postage on any returned items.
